1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bljl ("bljl", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bljl website located at bljl.ws and all associated games, services, promotions and features available thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2Eligibility Requirements

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bljl does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant or agent of bljl, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account on the Platform that was closed, suspended or terminated by bljl for a violation of these Terms.

bljl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting supporting documentation including, but not limited to, government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension.

3Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the Platform you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Information Accuracy

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must update this information promptly if it changes. bljl relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing and fraud prevention purposes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination. You must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid and active mobile phone number registered in your name in Bangladesh.
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. bljl will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bljl support immediately by emailing [email protected].

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bljl supports the following local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. bljl does not accept cash deposits or deposits via international wire transfer. All payment methods used on the Platform must be registered in your own name.

Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your bljl account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• bljl does not charge any processing fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the deposit, as part of bljl's anti-money-laundering controls.
• bljl reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Account verification must be completed in full before withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 in any calendar month can be processed.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bljl offers bonuses and promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion at the time it is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bljl bonuses unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses may only be used on the games and bet types specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.
• bljl reserves the right to cancel or reclaim any bonus where abuse, exploitation or collusion is suspected, including but not limited to arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit welcome bonus terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address, per device and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without completing wagering requirements, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

bljl reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring existing commitments to players who have already claimed a promotion in accordance with its stated terms.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances and any other remedies available to bljl under these Terms or applicable law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a way that is not a direct result of human input in real time.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate game outcomes in any game mode, including but not limited to multi-player poker or live table games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity, or making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming intent (sometimes referred to as "chip dumping").
• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your registered account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive the source code of any software used in the Platform, or to exploit any technical vulnerability in the Platform.
• Posting, transmitting or otherwise communicating any content through the Platform that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, obscene, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

bljl actively monitors Platform activity for prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bljl may take immediate action including freezing account balances pending investigation, requesting documentation, suspending accounts, permanently closing accounts and reporting activity to relevant authorities. bljl's determination of prohibited conduct is final.

7Responsible Gaming

bljl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended as a form of adult entertainment only and is not a means of generating income. bljl provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. Players who wish to activate any of these tools may do so at any time without restriction.

If you believe that your gambling is no longer recreational and may be causing harm to you or others, please use the self-exclusion tool in your account or contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance. bljl takes all responsible gaming requests seriously and will process self-exclusion requests without delay. Self-exclusion, once activated, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

8Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and all other materials, is the property of bljl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of bljl.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content beyond what is strictly necessary for your personal use of the Platform as intended.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bljl, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including any loss resulting from technical faults, server downtime, game errors or data transmission failures beyond bljl's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, match data or promotional content, which is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• Any loss arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay, where such delays are outside bljl's direct control.

10Account Suspension and Termination

bljl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) bljl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct associated with your account; (c) you have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification; (d) your account is involved in a chargeback dispute with a payment provider; or (e) bljl is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation or order from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any balance derived solely from bonus play that has not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

11Amendments to These Terms

bljl reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may close your account by contacting [email protected].

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and bljl relating to your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct correspondence with our support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. bljl will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. bljl's customer support team operates in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
